Review of Yoga of Sex

I have been really enjoying the online course called Yoga of Sex.



It was founded by Joseph Kramer who in the 70's started Body Electric and has been famous for his somatic (body) based practices.

Yoga of Sex looks intently about how we embrace the sexual pleasure in our bodies - which of course is our inherent birthright.
